West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board Leadership Films
“I’ve worked with Deadline Digital for a number of years… they’ve always been incredibly professional, creative and responsive to the kind of things that we need to get across.”

The Leadership Films
Deadline Digital was commissioned to produce 14 short videos introducing each of the members of the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board.
The large-scale project required the team to film leaders across West Yorkshire in places such as Wakefield, Leeds, Halifax and Huddersfield, spending nearly 60 hours filming.
The videos aim to show ‘the person behind the job title’ as well as highlight the work the Integrated Care Board is doing across West Yorkshire to improve the health and wellbeing of its citizens.
Using broadcast quality cameras, sound and lighting equipment, the team interviewed members of the board such as Chair Cathy Elliot, CEO Rob Webster and Calderdale Council Leader Tim Swift.
“What we wanted to do was to try and get across that, behind the titles, they were real people with different passions and motivations, but all with a common goal. Deadline Digital have been really good at meeting that brief.
All 14 of the Leadership films are available to watch on YouTube.
- 14 two minute videos
- Licensed music
- Incorporation of client logos and branding
- Two rounds of amends for each video and password protected supply of draft versions
- Videos supplied as YouTube ready HD MP4
- Post handover support
Working closely with members of the comms team at the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership, the Deadline Digital team met the brief and portrayed the key messages these films intended to communicate.
“I think it’s fair to say all of the final products we’ve had from Deadline Digital, for example the leadership films, have really been like a ‘wow’ moment!”
Karen Coleman | Associate Director of Communications | West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership
Deadline Digital’s Head of Videography, Tom Johnstone, was heavily involved in filming this project:
“This project was fantastic to work on. It was really great to meet all the leaders involved. They were kind, professional, and they let us take the lead to make sure we could create the very best final product. We hope these videos showcase all of the hard work they are doing to make West Yorkshire a healthier place to live.”
