Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust

“Geoff and the team responded to a call out for help very quickly. We were desperate to say thank you to our partners and colleagues for everything they were doing to respond to the COVID pandemic. We were so pleased with the quality of the video produced in such a short space of time, and the impact it had on our colleagues was just amazing.”

The brief:

We were commissioned by Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust to produce three videos.

Two videos were to say thank you for the staff at CHFT working through the COVID-19 pandemic.

The third video was to say thank you to Captain Tom Moore for the money he raised for the NHS.

Deadline Digital filmed voxpops of staff members giving a thank you message as well as the CHFT applause.

Deadline Digital prepared an extensive risk assessment and ensured social distancing guidelines were adhered to throughout the filming process.

The video has received over 17,000 views on Facebook and 305 likes.

Tom Johnstone (@TomDeadline), Deadline Digital’s senior videographer was working on the project:

“Suzanne, Alex, Sam and the team made what could have been a difficult shoot very pleasant. All of the staff were great to work with and their passion for their jobs really came through. The project turned out to be a heartfelt, honest piece that really captured a sense of solidarity in quite a difficult time for the organisation and the country as a whole.”
